Strictly Bejewelled LLP is an online boutique which offers its customers high quality jewellery made from sterling silver, semi precious stones, Murano glass and Swarovski crystal. All items are manufactured or hand made to a high standard and are individually checked prior to despatch. Our customers are very important to us and our aim is to provide an excellent service at all times. Should you wish to contact us this can be done online at info@strictlybejewelled.co.uk.

Credit Card Security

Our customers can shop with confidence on our site. Strictly Bejewelled accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta and will be processed through our secure payment service provider Paypal. Our secure server uses SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure all transactions are secure. This secure server  encrypts all of the personal information you send us, including name, address and credit/debit card details. An email will be sent confirming your order.

Delivery

As the vast majority of our products are in stock, we aim to process your order within 24 hours. However should there be an unforeseen delay in the despatch of your item we will inform you of this by email and the expected new delivery date giving you the option of cancelling your order if you wish.

UK Delivery (Including Guernsey & Jersey)

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and the cost for this is a flat rate of £1.95 for up to two pieces of jewellery. After this the cost is dependent on weight and can be calculated at check out. Delivery is usually within 2 - 3 working days.

If an item is urgently required we also offer a next working day delivery service on orders placed before 1.00pm, which is charged at a rate of £4.95. Please specify at check out which postal service you wish to have.

Any order placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, any orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Delivery To Countries Within the EU - Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland:

 

Deliveries to the above countries are charged at a flat rate of £5.95 regardless of the number of items sent and will need a signature on receipt of the goods. Please ensure that if a Post Office Box is given a telephone number is also given.

Delivery To Other Areas outside Europe::

Deliveries to other countries outside of Europe are charged at a flat rate of £6.95, regardless of how many items are ordered and will also require a signature on receipt of the goods. The Post Office advise that delivery should be within 10 working days.

Delivery To Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand & USA :

All orders to the above countries are charged at a flat rate of £7.50, regardless of how many items are ordered and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days. Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Should your order be subject to local taxes & import charges these are to be borne by the purchaser. Strictly Bejewelled are unable to give a guide as to what these may be.

Tax Charges

All prices are inclusive of VAT charged at the rate of 15%. Orders made outside of the UK or the European Union are VAT free.

Returns Policy

Strictly Bejewelled has a 10 day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 10 working days of delivery in perfect condition.   Please note that this does not apply to items that are "Special Order only".  These items can only be returned if found to be faulty.

Should an item have a security tag please ensure that this is not removed until you are certain that you wish to keep the goods. Strictly Bejewelled are unable to accept the return of goods where the tag has been removed. You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received. All returned goods must be returned recorded delivery as Strictly Bejewelled cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost by Royal Mail.

For hygiene reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings, unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods

Our products are checked prior to despatch to ensure that they are not in any way faulty and to ensure customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us at customerservice@strictlybejewelled.co.uk. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 working days of delivery. Your full name, address, telephone number, order number together with a reason for return should be included with the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling Your Order

In order to comply with the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days commencing the day after receipt of your order. Cancellations must always be made in writing to customerservice@strictlybejewelled.co.uk. Should your order have already been dispatched, the cost of returning the items is at your own cost.

Lost Goods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order at customerservice@strictlybejewelled.co.uk. We will investigate this with Royal Mail.
