As the vast majority of our products are in stock, we aim to process your order within 24 hours. However should there be an unforeseen delay in the despatch of your item we will inform you of this by email and the expected new delivery date giving you the option of cancelling your order if you wish.
UK Delivery (Including Guernsey & Jersey)
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and the cost for this is a flat rate of £1.95, regardless of how many items are ordered. Delivery is usually within 2 - 4 working days.
If an item is urgently required we also offer a next working day delivery service on orders placed before 1.00pm, which is charged at a rate of £4.95. Please specify at check out which postal service you wish to have.
Any order placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, any orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.
Delivery To Countries Within the EU - Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Luxenbourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland:
Deliveries to the above countries are charged at a flat rate of £5.50 regardless of the number of items sent and will need a signature on receipt of the goods. Please ensure that if a Post Office Box is given a telephone number is also given.
Delivery To Other Areas outside Europe::
Deliveries to other countries outside of Europe are charged at a flat rate of £6.00, regardless of how many items are ordered and will also require a signature on receipt of the goods. The Post Office advise that delivery should be within 10 working days.
